"Dan Steel," "Dan Steel Trading Group," "DSGex.AI," "DS Indicators," "DS 0DTE Executor," "DSTG," and all related logos, marks, and brand elements are trademarks, trade dress, or copyrighted property of Dan Steel Trading Group. All content published on our website, Discord, applications, and other platforms — including text, graphics, logos, code, videos, educational materials, and tool outputs — is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Dan Steel content is prohibited. Members may not republish, redistribute, or share Dan Steel content outside the community without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Dan Steel Trading Group, its founders, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, alerters, traders, partners, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Trading losses of any kind
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill
• Damages for personal injury or emotional distress
• Any other financial or non-financial damages

— arising out of or related to your use of Dan Steel services, community, website, tools, alerts, educational content, or any reliance on information we publish, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Dan Steel services is to stop using them. The maximum aggregate liability of Dan Steel to any member shall not exceed the total amount paid by that member to Dan Steel in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dan Steel, its founders, employees, contractors, alerters, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of Dan Steel services; (b) your violation of these disclaimers or any other Dan Steel policy; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (d) your trading decisions and outcomes.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These disclaimers and any dispute arising from or related to your use of Dan Steel services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these disclaimers shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

17. Changes to These Disclaimers

Dan Steel reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these disclaimers at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Dan Steel website. Continued use of Dan Steel services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated disclaimers. You are responsible for reviewing these disclaimers periodically.

18. Severability

If any provision of these disclaimers is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. No Waiver

Failure by Dan Steel to enforce any provision of these disclaimers shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Dan Steel.
