1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Member") and Dan Steel Trading Group ("Dan Steel," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Dan Steel website, Discord community, educational content, trading tools, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, subscribing to any paid plan, joining our Discord, or using any Dan Steel Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
To use Dan Steel Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using financial services or educational trading content under any applicable law
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where Dan Steel Services are restricted or prohibited
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
Dan Steel reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain Dan Steel Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date
You may not share your account, credentials, Discord access, or paid content with any other person. Accounts are for individual, personal use only. Sharing access with non-members is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
Dan Steel offers various paid subscription plans through third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your selected plan in accordance with the billing cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.)
- Automatic recurring billing until you cancel your subscription
- Charges being applied to your designated payment method without further authorization
- Any applicable taxes, processing fees, or currency conversion fees
Price changes: Dan Steel reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing paid subscriptions until the next renewal period. You will be notified of price changes before your subscription renews at the new rate.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, Dan Steel may suspend or terminate your access until payment is received. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@dansteeltrading.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until that date.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. See the Refund Policy page for details on limited exceptions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, republish, redistribute, or resell Dan Steel content (including alerts, sessions, videos, tools, or tutorials) outside the community
- Record, screenshot, or transcribe private Discord channels, live sessions, or member-only content for public sharing
- Impersonate Dan Steel staff, alerters, or other members
- Use Dan Steel Services to promote scams, pump-and-dump schemes, fraudulent investments, or illegal activities
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other members or staff
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to compromise Dan Steel systems
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated systems to access Dan Steel content without written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Dan Steel tools, applications, or indicators
- Use Dan Steel's name, marks, or content in your own marketing without written permission
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund, and may result in legal action.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published by Dan Steel — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, code, tools, indicators, trading strategies, educational materials, and tool outputs — is the exclusive property of Dan Steel Trading Group or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Dan Steel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Dan Steel content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only, for the duration of your active subscription. You receive no ownership rights in any Dan Steel content.
Upon termination of your subscription, your license to access Dan Steel content ends immediately.
8. User-Generated Content
The Dan Steel community allows members to post messages, trade ideas, commentary, and other content ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you:
- Represent that you own the content or have permission to post it
- Grant Dan Steel a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your User Content for any purpose related to Dan Steel's operations
- Accept that Dan Steel may moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion
- Take full responsibility for your User Content
Dan Steel does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of User Content posted by members. Other members' posts are not Dan Steel's advice or recommendations.
9. Third-Party Services
Dan Steel integrates with or links to third-party services including but not limited to Discord, Memberful, Stripe, TradingView, broker platforms, YouTube, and various software tools. Your use of third-party services is subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies. Dan Steel is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.
10. Termination
Dan Steel may suspend or terminate your account, subscription, or access to the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Grounds for immediate termination include but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms, Disclaimers, or any other Dan Steel policy
- Sharing paid content outside the community
- Abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior
- Fraudulent payment or chargebacks
- Legal compliance or regulatory requirement
- Threat to Dan Steel, its staff, members, or operations
Upon termination, your access ends immediately and no refund will be issued except as required by applicable law.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Your use of Dan Steel Services is subject to the full Disclaimers and Risk Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Without limiting those disclaimers:
- Dan Steel Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied
- Dan Steel disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability
- Dan Steel does not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times
- Dan Steel's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dan Steel in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dan Steel and its founders, officers, directors, employees, contractors, alerters, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of Dan Steel Services
- Your trading decisions and outcomes
- Your violation of these Terms or any other Dan Steel policy
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Your User Content
13. Dispute Resolution
Good-faith resolution: Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with Dan Steel through informal negotiation by contacting legal@dansteeltrading.com. Most disputes can be resolved quickly this way.
Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in English, on an individual basis (no class actions), and in the United States.
Class action waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Dan Steel.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
Dan Steel may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of Dan Steel Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services.
15. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Disclaimers, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dan Steel.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. Dan Steel may assign these Terms at any time without restriction.
Force Majeure: Dan Steel is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, utility or internet outages, or third-party service failures.
