1. General Policy — No Refunds
All payments made to Dan Steel Trading Group are final and non-refundable, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and lifetime subscriptions, one-time product purchases, and any other service fees. This policy applies regardless of whether you use the service during the billing period.
We adopt this policy because Dan Steel provides educational content, community access, and digital tools that cannot be "returned" once delivered. The value of our services is realized immediately upon access.
2. Why No Refunds?
- Instant access: You receive immediate access to community content, educational materials, and alerts upon subscribing
- Trading outcomes vary: Dan Steel does not guarantee any trading profits. Your personal trading results are not grounds for a refund
- Free evaluation period: We offer free morning and closing sessions daily, allowing you to evaluate our approach before subscribing
- Transparent pricing: Our pricing is clearly disclosed before checkout, and by subscribing you acknowledge the price and terms
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the Services until the end of your current paid period
- Your subscription will not automatically renew at the next billing cycle
- No refund will be issued for the unused portion of your current period

4. Limited Exceptions
Dan Steel may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit in the following limited circumstances:
4.1 Billing Errors
If you were charged due to a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unauthorized charge on a compromised payment method), contact billing@dansteeltrading.com within 7 days of the charge with relevant details. We will investigate and issue a refund if the error is confirmed.
4.2 Duplicate Subscriptions
If you accidentally subscribed to the same plan twice, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
4.3 Service Unavailability
If Dan Steel experiences a prolonged outage (more than 7 consecutive days) that prevents access to the core subscription features, we may issue a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
4.4 Fraudulent Charges
If your account was compromised and someone else subscribed using your payment method, we will investigate and issue a refund if fraud is confirmed. You must report the fraud within 30 days of the charge and provide supporting documentation.
4.5 Legal Requirements
We will issue refunds as required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., statutory cooling- off periods in certain countries).
5. What Is NOT Grounds for a Refund
The following are not eligible for refunds:

- "Not using" the service during your subscription period
- Changing your mind after subscribing
- Forgetting to cancel before the next billing cycle
- Not understanding the service before subscribing (we offer free sessions for evaluation)
- Personal circumstances (financial hardship, loss of job, life changes)
- Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service
- Discovering that Dan Steel does not provide personalized financial advice (which is clearly disclosed in our Disclaimers)
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a credit card chargeback, we ask that you contact us first at billing@dansteeltrading.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in:
- Immediate termination of your Dan Steel account
- Permanent ban from future subscriptions
- Reporting of the dispute to fraud detection services
- Legal action to recover the disputed amount plus any associated fees
Dan Steel takes chargebacks seriously. If you have a legitimate billing concern, contacting us directly is always the faster and more effective path to resolution.
7. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for one of the limited exceptions above, follow these steps:

- Include your full name, email on the account, and date of the charge
- Explain which exception applies and provide supporting information
- Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
We will respond within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days and returned to your original payment method.
8. Taxes and Fees
Refunds will be issued for the principal subscription amount only. Any applicable taxes, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or third-party charges are not refundable.
